Who We Are
Tiffany and Stephanie have worked together in education for 5 years and are always looking for new ways to support our neurodivergent community.
Stephanie Burke
I grew up in New Hampshire where I learned at a young age I have a passion for education and advocacy. I attended UNC Wilmington, where I received a degree in Adaptive Special Education. After teaching special education in North Carolina for 3 years, I made the decision to move to Atlanta. We have found a great community in Atlanta and I have met a lot of great educators, including Tiffany Latham, while continuing to teach in public schools.
I continue to recognize a shortage of services for the neurodivergent community. In 2021, Tiffany and I started an inclusive camp called Way2Play Together. In 2022, I left the public school system to launch Iris. It has always been my passion to create neurodivergent affirming services that are accessible to families. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you to provide a variety of services.

I have over eight years of experience as a program director, five plus years of special education experience, and over fifteen years in childcare. Currently, I am studying to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). In addition, I am on track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in special education.
I am a mother of two teenagers, Payson and Brayden; and I have three siblings, two of which have special needs. We have a rescue dog named Ellie Bell, a bunny rabbit named Tommie, and I love all things dealing with helping children.
I partnered with Ms. Burke because of her passion and years of experience doing summer camps with children with disabilities. We share common passions for special education and want our children to feel accepted and understood. Not only do we want to help children with Autism, but also help the world see who they really are.
